Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your official Twenty One Pilots merchandise, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund or item swap.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
